Yamburgan Ossie E65 is a most attractive son of The Grove Oscar A748. Yamburgan purchased a half share in this bull for $55,000 from The Grove. Ossie is a trait leader for gestation length, 200, 400 and 600 day weights, scrotal size, carcase weight, EMA and IMF. Yet he also has average Birthweight figures. Needless to say, all his $ indices are at the very top of the breed.
Ossie E65 is a fine looking bull. He is moderate framed with wonderful structure and temperament. His slick coat complements his deep red colour, excellent hind quarter and top line. He is well muscled and has great carcase shape. The Manchees have been very pleased with his calves to date.
Ossie's dam Yamburgan Jill 132nd, has bred extremely well for Yamburgan. Her first calf sold to Evan Flint, South Bundarra stud for $10,000, another son sold in the 2011 sale to the Lamph Family, Carinda. She has three daughters retained, one of which was used as an ET donor in 2010. She is also from the same family line as the 2010 Brisbane Grand Champion Bull, Yamburgan Poseidon E11.
