On April 30th, Steve and I attended the Belmore Shorthorns Inaugural Sale. 40 bulls were sold on the day for a 100% clearance. We bought 2 bulls: a rich red Belmore bull by the heifer specialist Belmore Mikado C309 and a beautiful soft roan, Carlton Hillview H285. Both bulls present excellent carcass figures combined with moderate growth and low birth weights.
