At the Shorthorn Naracoorte Bull Sale held in April, 2019, we were delighted to be able to secure a new sire.
This is the Bayview Unique son, Bayview Becker N1. He is another product of one of Australia’s most successful Shorthorn studs and is by Unique K11 who sold at Dubbo for $30,000 in 2016. Unique has been most successful as a heifer bull and his semen has now been exported to the US, New Zealand, Canada and Ireland.
Becker’s dam, Bayview Empress K83, is by Sprys Annies Legend who has bred very well for Bayview, with progeny selling to $17,500. He has also produced excellent females.
Becker is a beautiful dark red bull with great presence and movement. He has moderate birth weight and growth figures as well as positive fats. His marbling is in the top 1% of the breed.
His first calves are arriving now and they look very impressive.
