Marellan Rosalie 3174 has been a wonderful breeder for the Toogimbie Stud. This Weebollabolla Theodore daughter is descended from the well regarded Westquarter herd in Queensland. She has produced excellent progeny year after year for us and has excellent feet and udder.
Weebollabolla Theodore is one of the most successful sires in the Shorthorn breed, combining excellent growth with moderate birth and high eye muscle and rib and rump fats. He is a trait leader for Gestation Length, Birth Weight and Eye Muscle Area. Rosalie 3174 still has progeny active in the Marellan and Toogimbie herds. Her daughter, Marellan Rosalie 15224, produced Marellan Lee Brett, described by the Jobs as one of the best bulls in the 2010 Marellan Bull Sale.
As expected of a Theodore daughter, this cow has excellent carcass EBVs. She has positive fats, high eye muscle area and all $ indexes are in the top 5% of the breed. Her calving figures are exceptional.
